Consistantly down

Our tower is constantly down, especially during the night time hours. I've always thought "oh, maybe they're running tests or something", but the down times are now every night, and now bleeding into every day. The down times can easily be from a few minutes, to even a few hours. My family runs a business, and they can't constantly be hearing "oh, internet just went down" right as soon as they turned on the computer.

Yep when you call tech support they will tell you we do nitely updates and maintence haha yeah right. If you could only hear what I do everyday.
