Postby maniac on Mon Dec 17, 2007 12:52 am

Now i have had clearwire for 2 years now. at first for the first year it was great i actually got what the advertise and was really happy. now sinice they have overloaded there towers with way to many people and over sold there product to make extra cash by giving me 1000 ping to google, 50kb dl speed and 3 kb up at max durring peek hours i do not feel i am getting what i am paying for. now when i sighned up the salesman came to my house to over look the area and i get 5 bars on the box at all times the only time this service is any good is about 2am or later. i can no longer talk to people on ventrilo which is ashame. no wonder they stopped selling people phone contracts with vonage i believe it was. this service SUCKS and the technical support is even less. they could train a dog to give better advice and i dont know why when i talk to them its always my fault that its running bad. i can assure you i have no fucking spyware or viruses taking my computer over since i formatted a week ago and have nothing on it at all. AND NO I DONT NEED TO REINSTALL MY NETWORK ADAPTOR AGAIN. FIX YOUR SHIT CLEARWIRE YOUR SERVICE SUCKS AND ITS NOT MY END. IF YOUR GOING TO SELL A SERVICE YOU NEED TO DO YOUR PART AND OFFER WHAT YOU CLAIM. WHAT A COP OUT UP TO 1.5!!!!!

You are a moron. That's all there is to say. Learn to construct a paragraph, spell, and properly punctuate. You're the kind of call i mute and laugh at while you yell at me thinking you know something. Fix your piece of shit computer. If it's clearwire's fault, you will get a service call. If not, it's your problem.

Die in a fire, you yutz.

My advice to you would be to call in and submit a Speed Trends ticket to the NOC.

If the tower really is overloaded, as you say, the NOC needs to know about it, so they can work on getting a tower augment in place.

dirty people at clearwire

Postby macksabratt on Sun Mar 02, 2008 10:42 pm

I just started training for clear wire last week.I had to leave because the people that worked in that call center were filthy dirty scum of the earth slobs.I had to sit next to a man who didn't even know what a shower was let alone a bar of soap. They hire nothing but the lowest of low people. No wonder they hire the scum of the earth, those people don't mind selling their sole,or maybe it is because they are just too dumb to know better. In my training their were 30 people when we started,me along with 3 other people were the only ones who were clean, now they just have the dirty scums left all the clean people with a brain left. What a joke that place is.I would never sign up for that shitty service and knew after the first day there was something shady going on.What comes aroun goes around so if you work for them and screw people over then plan on being screwed yourself. It is called Karma.

Clearwire is failing? Fo' REAL? Because I haven't seen anyone scrambling around my office to fire people or get rid of useless office supplies or anything like that... and... no I'm pretty sure that everything that is happening normally happens for a growing business... hmm... yeah, certain they aren't failing.

Fo' REAL man, fo' REAL.

- Clearwire has had a net loss of $328 million in the last three months ended September 30, 2007.
- Clearwire has lost almost $1 billion of shareholder's equity since its inception.
- Clearwire increased its long-term debt from $644 million to $990 million in just the last year.

Financial data from http://yahoo.brand.edgar-online.com/fet ... &Type=HTML

Now, I don't know about you, but that certainly doesn't seem like a business that's doing well. At all. And I'm very glad to see it actually!

DOWN WITH CLEARWIRE AND ITS CONSUMER-SCREWING WAYS!
