no more early termination fees?

i just talked to a account/billing rep. and was planning on dropping the service and asked about the early termination fee. she said they no longer have that (since june 1, 2010) and only charge a $40 restock fee. can anyone confirm this? Or are they just stringing me along so i would keep the service? account rep i talked to was Susan ext. X42723

Two days ago the early termination fee information was available at:

however this page is now blank.

at http://www.clear.com/legal/index if you click on "early termination/restocking fees" a pop up is displayed with the following:

Service Agreement; Early Termination/Restocking Fees

On most plans, a 2-year service agreement is required and either (a) an Early Termination Fee of up to $185/device applies for purchased equipment or (b) a restocking fee of $40/device applies for leased equipment (see your Order Confirmation and /www.clear.com/legal/etf for details); on all other plans, an activation fee of $35/device (with a bundled plan constituting a single device) applies.
